Founded in 1990, BaderGrundbesitz is based in Berlin.

Initially, we were involved in the development and letting of residential properties in Berlin. Berlin in the very early `90’s benefited from the unification of Germany and the BaderGrundbesitz was one of the early beneficiaries of this rebound. 

We have recently expanded into Mainland Germany.
